Item condition
Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchange or refund
Exchange for a different size or color, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Final sale items
Accessories, innerwear and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return.
How to request a return
- Contact us on WhatsApp 01276299389 or Instagram within 14 days of delivery.
- Send your order number and photos of the item in its original condition.
- We'll arrange a pickup time to collect the item from you.
- After inspection, we issue the exchange or refund within 7 business days.
